The matter between the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa) and City Power which was scheduled to be heard tomorrow Tuesday June 11, 2013, at the South Gauteng High Court, will no longer be taking place.

The case has been temporarily withdrawn pending negotiations with the electricity utility in order to receive the information that the union requires.

Numsa has been fighting City Power over its refusal to disclose information in relation to the R800 million tender for the supply and installation of low pressure solar water geysers that was awarded in May 2012.
