Important notice to delinquent payers: it has come to Numsa’s attention that a number of the companies which are deducting regular contributions from the employees’ salaries have not been paying subscriptions over to Numsa.

A number of cases have been launched with NUMSA attorneys who will now be lodging clams for unpaid dues but will be laying charges for fraud.

This matter has for sometime gone unattended but has now called for urgent attention. We will keep the Numsa members informed as the cases progress.

We appeal to all Numsa members who have proof that the companies are not paying over subscriptions to please submit your claims to head office membership department at 011 689 1700.
