Last year Numsa trained almost 3000 shop stewards across the country on how to handle disciplinary enquiries. Now a second round of case handling workshops has just begun across the country to cater for those that missed out on the first round and to train new shop stewards. If you are unhappy with the way in which your shop steward handles disciplinary enquiries, check to see if s/he has attended this important course and if s/he didn’t, find out when the next one will be held.
