- Advancing revolutionary International Trade Unionism and working class solidarity.
- Building and growing the African Trade Union Movement.
- Contribute in Building a world free of economic exploitation and oppression
- Interacting with other unions globally, sharing and gathering information.
- Fight for equal pay for equal work across border
- Organise worker to worker contact
- Strengthen and Build capacity of Trade Unions on the African continent.
- Support departments and structures in the organisation
