This year Numsa is bargaining in the auto, tyre and motor sectors. On March 4 2013, Numsa is taking out adverts in Daily Sun and Isolezwe that invite unorganized workers in the motor sector (including auto and tyre) sector to come and attend our meetings to discuss demands to put to employers in the 2013 bargaining round.
Numsa leaders will also be putting their ears to the ground in meetings at factory and local level to find out what you want from employers.

• Attending a meeting (phone your nearest Numsa office to find out where the meeting is
• e-mailing to campaigns@numsa.org.za,

We will then send all the letters, faxes, e-mails, Facebook postings to regions. Regions will add these ideas to their regional workshops. Each region will then debate and discuss all the ideas and bring its final mandate to a national bargaining conference in the middle of April.
Negotiations with employers will start from the end of April in motor and from May in the auto assembly and tyre sectors.
