1. We demand a 15% wage increase across the board based on the actual rate that workers are earning not the minimum rate
2. We demand that the current agreement be extended and implemented for two years wage agreement (with the exception of wages)
3. We demand the extension of the agreement to non-parties; this includes non-parties like PCASA who are members of the MEIBC
4. We demand the finalization of other outstanding issues
5. We remain adamantly opposed to any down variation of the current conditions of employment
