The National Office Bearers (NOBs) of National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa); Food and Allied Workers Union (FAWU); SA Football Players Union (Safpu); South African State and Allied Workers Union (SASAWU); South African Catering Commercial and Allied Workers Union (SACCAWU); Public and Allied Workers Union of South Africa (PAWUSA); Democratic Municipal Workers Union of South Africa (DEMAWUSA); South African Public Service Union (SAPSU); MATUSA; FUWO and National Transport Movement (NTM), and joined by General Secretary cde Zwelinzima Vavi , will hold a Media Briefing tomorrow Thursday 10 December 2015, at 11h00am, 34 Eloff Street, 6^th Floor, Johannesburg, Gauteng province.
This historic Media Briefing is held after the recently concluded farce Cosatu ‘normal’ 12^th National Congress, and it should detail the wayforward and future of the trade union movement in South Africa. The Media Briefing will be addressed by the NOBs of the above-mentioned unions.
