Public Invitation: Numsa holds an International Seminar on Gender

The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa) will be holding an international seminar on gender tomorrow Wednesday 19 November 2014, at 17h30 for 18h00pm, Vincent Mabuyakhulu Conference Centre, 155 Bree (Cnr Gerard Sekoto) Street (opposite Numsa Head Office), Newtown, Gauteng province.
The seminar will be focusing on the overview of the political situation in Burkina Faso; Sudan; Western Sahara; Tunisia; Turkey and South Africa and its impact on women. The main speaker will be Numsa’s General Secretary cde Irvin Jim. Other speakers includes: cde(s) Awa Quedraogo (Burkina Faso); Omayma Elmardi (Sudan); Souad Mahmoud (Tunisia); Yildiz Temurturkan (Turkey); Chaba Siny (Western Sahara).
