Residents on Tshepisong North ext 3 in Sharpville are not going to vote. They have not made any arrangements for them to vote this year. 
Moeketsi Yika is concerned that he has been living with his parents “in this dump after being removed from 21 street in Vereeniging. Councillors have been coming here to take our votes for nothing”.
Residents will not even entertain the issue of voting as they say “We vote for the rich to become richer and stay in power”. What will happen to the masses?
