The only way we will defeat the Aids pandemic is when all of us repeat this message all the time, teach our children, galvanise the workers, mobilise the youth and appeal to every citizen that:

1. We must Abstain from sexual activity for as long as possible;

2. We must Be faithful to our partners;

3. We must Condomise if the above is not possible.
