2013 Wage Demands Negotiations from MIBCO parties

Wage negotiations in the motor retail sector to negotiate a new collective bargaining agreement for the industry have begun.

Find below demands submitted by two trade unions NUMSA and MISA.

Also included are the demands submitted by employer organisations – the Fuel Retailers Association (FRA), and the Retail Motor Industry (RMI).

1. NUMSA motor demands submitted to MIBCO on 03 May 2013

2. Motor Industry Staff Association (MISA) demands for the year 2013,

3. Fuel Retailers Association of Southern Africa (FRA) Proposals for 2013 wage Negotiations e.g Petrol Stations 

4. Retail Motor Industry Organisation (RMI), e.g Panelbeaters, Spare parts dealers, etc
